국문 초록

이 연구는 기업상담 장면에서 남성 상담자의 경험을 심층적으로 서술하고 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 남성 기업상담자인 연구자 자신의 기업상담경험을 자문화기술지로 재현하였다. 연구결과, 4개의 주제와 20개의 소주제가 도출되었으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 주제는 <기업상담자의 어려움>, 두 번째 주제는 <기업상담자로서의 실패와 견뎌냄>, 세 번째 주제는 <기업상담자로 살아냄>, 네 번째 주제는 <기업상담자의 성찰>로 도출되었다. 이 연구는 남성 기업상담자의 경험을 해석적으로 분석함으로써 기업상담자의 직업적 삶을 이해하고, 기업상담의 환경을 개선하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 또한, 이 연구의 결과는 기업상담에 대한 후속 연구를 촉발하고, 기업상담 관련 상담자와 운영자들에게 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있으리라 기대한다. 마지막으로 이 연구가 상담자, 운영자, 사회적 환경에 대한 시사점을 제시하고, 연구의 발전을 위한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

This study was to understand and describe in depth a male counselor’s experience on the workplace counseling. To this end, the researcher, working as a corporate counselor, recreated his own workplace counseling experience in the form of autoethnography. As a result of the study, four themes and twenty sub-themes were derived, and the results are as follows. Th e fi rst theme is , the second theme is , the third theme is , and the last theme is . Th is study is expected to contribute to understanding the professional life of workplace a male counselors and improving the workplace counseling environment by analytically analyzing the experiences of workplace counselors. In addition, the results of this study will encourage follow-up researches on workplace counseling and will be of practical assistance to counselors and operators in workplace counseling. Finally, this study suggests the implications for the counselor, operator, and social environment, and suggests limitations and suggestions for the development of research.
