인적투자와 연구개발투자가 기업가치와 경영성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 인적자원투자와 연구개발비투자가 기업의 경영성과와 기업가치에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 연구표본은 한국거래소 중 음식업을 중심으로 2009년부터 2016년까지의 449개의 표본으로 실증분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인적자원변수인 교육훈련비와 복리후생비지출이 경영성과에 미치는 효과를 검증한 결과, 통계적으로 유의하지 않게 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 인적자원변수인 교육훈련비와 복리후생비지출이 기업가치에 미치는 효과를 검증한 결과, 교육훈련비는 음의 영향을 미치고 있으나, 복리후생비는 양의 영향을 미치고 있으며, 모두 통계적으로도 유의한 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 연구개발비투자는 경영성과와 기업가치에 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 인적자원투자와 연구개발비투자가 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 보면, 교육훈련비의 지출보다는 복리후생비의 지출이 기업가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 연구개발비지출도 기업가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 복합업종에 대한 연구로서 인적투자와 연구개발비가 경영성과 및 기업가치에 미치는 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

This study investigated at the impact of human resources investment and R&D investment on firm performance and value. Research samples were analyzed with 449 samples from 2009 to 2016 based on the food industry of the Korea Exchange. The results of the study are as follows : First, the results of the relation between the human resource variables of training costs and welfare expenses on firm performance show that they are not statistically significant. Second, as a result of the relation between the human resource variables of training training costs and welfare expenses on firm values, the training costs have a negative impact, but the welfare costs have a positive impact. Third, investment in R&D was found to have a positive impact on firm performance and value. Fourth, the impact of human resource investment and R&D investment on firm value showed that the expenditure of welfare expenses had a positive impact on firm value rather than the expenditure of education training costs. As a study of composite industries, human investment and research and development costs are expected to provide useful information on management performance and corporate value.
