국문 초록

본 연구는 소공인의 심리적 특성, 환경불확실성, 산업클러스터 특성, 네트워크, 협력 등이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 표본조사는 2015년 소공인특화지원센터 운영기관에 소속된 소공인을 대상으로 2015년 7월 1일부터 7월 31일까지 설문지법에 의한 리커트(Likert, 1961) 5점 등간척도를 사용한 설문조사를 실시해 통계처리가 가능한 유효표본 418부를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주식회사 등 법인이 아닌 개인사업자가 높은 비중을 차지하였으며, 직장경험 유무 등을 고려할 때 가업을 승계한 경우보다 창업을 한 경우가 많았다. 소공인의 경영연수와 업력이 높아 고령화되고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 그리고 매출규모가 적은 생계형임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 소공인의 심리적 특성이 네트워크와 협력에 긍정적 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 최고 경영자의 특성이 저마다 각기 다르고 네트워크와 협력을 하는 방법 등에 차이가 있어 유의한 영향을 보여주지 않는다고 판단된다. 셋째, 소공인의 환경불확실성은 네트워크와 협력에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 소공인이 새로운 경쟁우위를 요구하는 환경의 변화에 네트워크와 협력 등을 통해 자원의 새로운 조합과 창의를 이루고 경쟁상황에 준비하고 있음을 보여준다고 판단된다. 넷째, 소공인이 지니는 산업클러스터 특성이 네트워크와 협력에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 이는 소공인이 형성하는 산업클러스터가 혁신성 향상을 통한 성장률, 생산성, 경쟁력 및 고용 증대 효과를 증진하기 위하여 네트워크와 협력을 강화한다고 판단된다. 다섯째, 소공인의 네트워크가 협력에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 소공인이 공동과업을 성공적으로 수행하거나 공동목표를 달성하기 위해 상호간 노력하는 과정인 협력을 통해 우수한 자원과 역량을 기업 간에 잘 조화시킴으로써 시너지 효과를 보다 극대화하고 있음을 보여주고 있다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the effect of internal/external psychological issues of small manufacturer, insecurity of industrial environment and industrial cluster on the administrative achievement. Also, it analyzes how much more positive impact could be made by networking, cooperation and so forth by the mediated effect. The result of the study is the following. Firstly, incorporated bodies such as private business took the higher percentage than corporate, and there were more start-ups than the inheritance, considering both experienced and inexperienced. Aging situation was shown on small manufacturers regarding their management training, as well as firm age. It was also reassuring that the sales were on small scale, only a mean of livelihood. Secondly, after analyzing the effect of small manufacturer s internal/external characteristics on the competitiveness in the industry, it was shown that showing the SM s psychological characteristics does not provide good effect on either networking or cooperation. Thirdly, it was shown that the insecurity on environment of small manufacturer gives positive effect on networking and cooperation. This suggests that SM prepares the competitiveness with fresh combination and creation of resources on the change of environment that requires new competitive advantage. They do so via networking and cooperation. Fourthly, the property of industrial cluster of SM gives positive effect on networking and cooperation. This indicates that creation of industrial cluster for SM will bring networking and cooperation, that will then increase the rate of improvement, productivity, competitiveness and more employment through innovation. Fifthly, the networking of small manufacturer gives positive effect on creating networking. This shows we can maximize the synergy effect by allowing the corporate to build harmonious environment to work along with great resources. At sixth, competitiveness of SM gives positive effect on business outcome. This shows that SM cares more on groups rather than individuals, and hence members of groups increase their reliance to each other.
