국문 초록

본 연구에서는 자기애적 성향과 공격성의 관계에서 열등감의 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 광주와 전남 소재 대학교의 재학생 308명을 대상으로 자기애적 성격장 애척도, 열등감 증후 척도, 공격성 척도에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 분석한 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기애적 성향, 열등감, 공격성은 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 자기애적 성향과 공격성의 관계에서 열등감의 매개 효과가 확인되었다. 즉 자기애적 성향은 열등감을 매개로 해서 공격성에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 끝으로 본 연구가 상담 실제에 미치는 시사점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언 사항을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether a sense of inferiority has an effect on the relationship between narcissism and aggression. This research was done by conducting surveys from 308 university students who are attending universities in Gwangju and Jeonnam area. The scales used in the study were Narcissistic Personality Disorder Scale, Inferiority Symptoms Scale and Aggression Questionnaire - Korean version. The hypothesis of the study was verified by correlation analysis and Hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. The results were summarized as follows. First, a result in the examination of the relationships among narcissism, a sense of inferiority and aggression is statistically significant. Second, a sense of inferiority partially affects the relationship between narcissism and aggression. This study ends with implications limitations, and suggestion for future studies.
