국문 초록

본 연구는 창의컨설팅에 참여한 컨설턴트들을 대상으로 보육시설에서의 창의컨설팅 실행과정은 어떠한지 알아보고, 그 과정 속에서 드러나는 의미는 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 컨설 턴트들이 모여 진행된 회의 내용을 전사한 자료와 회의록을 분석의 자료로 활용하였다. 창의컨설팅의 실행은 크게 어린이집 선정, 목표 및 내용, 방법 논의, 참여자의 사전교육이 이루어지는 준비단 계, 방문컨설팅이 이루어지는 전개단계, 사례 공유 및 효과분석이 이루어지는 마무리단계로 이루어 졌다. 창의컨설팅의 실행과정 속에서 드러난 의미는 컨설팅 참여자들의 생각흔들기의 과정이었고, 컨설팅을 위한 컨설턴트의 끊임없는 논의의 순환적 구조 속에서 맞춤형 컨설팅으로 나아가는 과정 이었으며, 컨설턴트의 일방적인 지원이 아닌 참여자들의 노력이 요구되는 것으로 변화의 주체로서 살아가는 힘을 키워나가는 과정이었다. 이는 컨설팅 전반을 이해하고 컨설턴트의 전문적 역량을 증진시키기 위한 기초자료로써 활용되어지는 것은 물론 컨설팅의 다각화를 꾀하는데 있어 가능성을 확인시켜주는 자료로서 의의를 가질 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the process of creative consulting for day care centers by the consultants who participated in the creative consulting and to explore the meanings from the process. For this, the transcription and minute of the meeting by the consultants were analyzed. Creative consulting was largely divided into selecting day care centers, objectives and contents, discussion of methods, preparation stage where the participants take preliminary training, deployment stage where consultation takes place, and final stage where case sharing and effect analysis take place. The meanings which emerged from the implementation of creative consulting were the process of changing the minds of consulting participants, the process of customized consulting within the cyclical structure of continuous discussions by the consultants, and the process of gaining power to live as the subject of change which required the efforts of the participants rather than unilateral support from the consultants. The results will not only be used as base materials for understanding the general concept of consulting and promoting consultants expert competence but also as materials to confirm the possibility to diversify the consulting efforts.
