국문 초록
투명세포암은 대개 신장, 폐, 갑상선, 인후부 및 타액선 등에서 발생하는 드문 악성종양이다. 타액선에서 발생하는 경우는 아주 드물며, 이하선이나 소타액선에서 간혹 발생된 증례가 보고되고 있다.
저자등은 상악 우측 후방 치조능 부위에 발생한 투명세포암을 경험하였으며, 외과적으로 완전 적출하였으나 술후 18 개월째 사망하였다.
투명세포암의 진단, 감별진단, 치료 및 예후에 관하여 문헌 고찰과 더불어 보고하고자 한다.
영문 초록
Clear cell carcinoma arises mainly in the kidneys, thyoid glands, uterus, lung and sweat glands. This tumor is very rare in the salivary glands, but arises mainly in the parotid and minor salivary glands.
We experienced a rare case of clear cell carcinoma in the upper right alveolar ridge. This patient died 18 months after wide radical resection.
We present the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of clear cell carcinoma with literature review.
