영문 초록

PSE(Producer Support Estimate) has been an indicator for OECD to monitor and to evaluate the policy reform of the member countries for market orientation since 1987. Korea s PSE is reported to be 22.9 trillion Won in 2004 and %PSE is reported to be 62.6%, which is 4th highest among member countries, higher than Japan. To improve %PSE for Korea, a comparative static approach for sensitivity analysis has been taken to draw implications for policy reform of Korea. It is found that PSE is affected, in the order of sensitivity, by the magnitude of price support for standard products(STDMPS), the share of standard products in total agricultural production(Share), TVP(Total Value of Production) and BP(Budgetary Payments).
