부정적 초기 대상관계가 관계중독에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 부정적 초기 대상관계와 관계중독 간에 자기격려와 지각된 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 진행되었다. 연구 대상으로 경기도, 경상도, 강원도, 충청도, 전라도 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 771명을 선정하여 부정적 초기 대상관계의 부와 모를 통한 자기격려와 지각된 사회적 지지, 관계중독에 대한 설문으로 자료를 수집하였다. 분석을 위해 기술 통계분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식 등을 실시하였으며 이에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부정적 초기 대상관계가 관계중독에 미치는 영향에 있어서, 부와 모를 나누어 검증한 결과 부와의 부정적 초기 대상관계와 모와의 부정적 초기 대상관계는 모두 관계중독에 직접적인 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 부정적 초기 대상관계와 관계중독 간에 자기격려와 지각된 사회적 지지의 매개효과는 부와 모를 나누어 검증한 결과 부는 부정적 초기 대상관계에서 지각된 사회적 지지를 매개로 관계중독에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 모와 부정적 초기 대상관계는 자기격려, 지각된 사회적 지지를 매개로 관계중독에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같이 연구대상과 방법에 따라 부정적 초기 대상관계는 관계중독에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부정적 초기 대상관계와 관계중독 간에 자기격려와 지각된 사회적 지지가 매개하고 있음을 분석하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 실무적인 업무를 수행함에 있어 본 논문에서 제시한 학문적 성과를 바탕으로 적용할 수 있다는데 연구의 의미를 두고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effects of self-encouragement and perceived social support between the negative initial object relations and the relationship addiction. For the study subjects, a survey was conducted on the negative initial object relations of father and mother, self-encouragement, perceived social support and relationship addiction in order to collect the data targeting the 771 college students who were attending universities in Gyeonggi-do, Gyeongsang-do, Gangwon-do, Chungcheong-do and Jeolla-do. For data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation, etc, were conducted and the main results of this study are as follows. First, in the influence of negative initial object relations on the relationship addiction, after performing the verification by separating the father and mother, both negative initial object relations of father and mother had a direct influence on the relationship addiction. Second, as a result of performing verification by separating the father and mother on the mediating effects of self-encouragement and perceived social support between the negative initial object relations and relationship addiction, the negative initial object relations of father was shown to affect the relationship addiction using the perceived social support as a mediator. In addition, the negative initial object relations of mother was shown to affect the relationship addiction using the self-encouragement and perceived social support as mediators. According to these study subjects and methods, this study has analyzed that negative initial object relations affect the relationship addiction and that self-encouragement and perceived social support is an important mediator between the negative initial object relations and relationship addiction. Based on these findings, the study has proposed the limitations of this paper with future directions along with the significance of this paper on the academic performance related to the practice.
