협동화를 통한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 정서·행동문제 아동의 대인관계에 미치는 효과 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 협동화를 통한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 정서·행동문제 아동의 대인관계에 어떠한 효과가 있는지에 대해 알아보는 사례연구이다. 본 연구의 대상은 J시에 소재한 OO정신보건센터에서 의뢰된 초등학교 4~6학년 재학 중인 4명의 아동으로 정서행동문제를 가지고 있다. 대상자에게는 주 1회 60분씩 총 14회기에 걸쳐 집단미술치료 프로그램을 진행하였으며 프로그램 효과를 평가하기 위하여 ‘대인관계변화 척도’와 ‘KSD검사’를 사용하여 사전·사후 검사를 비교하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 협동화를 통한 집단미술치료가 정서·행동문제 아동의 대인관계에 미치는 효과를 알아본 결과 집단미술치료 프로그램이 정서·행동장애 아동의 대인관계향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 정서 및 행동문제 아동들의 유형에 따른 세부적 특성을 고려한 집단미술치료 프로그램설계와 적용, 그리고 다양한 영역의 매체를 활용한 예술치료 프로그램을 통해 후속연구가 이루어지기를 제언한다.

영문 초록

This study is the case study to examine the effect of group art therapy program through cooperation on interpersonal relationship of children with emotional·behavioral problems. The subjects have been aimed at 4 elementary school students of 4th to 6th grade that have been commissioned in OO mental health center of J city, who have emotional behavioral problems. The group art therapy program has proceeded aimed at subjects for 60 minutes once a week, totally 14 times. To assess the effect of program, ‘relationship change scale’ and KSD(Kinetic School Drawing) have been used to analyze by comparing pre and post test. The results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the effect of group art therapy through cooperation on interpersonal relation of children with emotional·behavioral problems, the group art therapy program turns out to improve interpersonal relationship of children with emotional·behavioral problems. A follow-up study is suggested to be conducted through art therapy programs utilizing various media as well as the program design and application of group art therapy considering specific of features depending on the types of children’s emotional and behavioral problems.
