국악의 치료적 의미에 대한 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 국악의 치료적 의미를 살펴보고, 이것이 인간의 다양한 문제를 도울 수 있는 가능성을 찾고자 하는데 의의가 있다. 본 논문은 연구의 필요성, 국악의 종류 및 치료적 특징, 국악치료의 방법과 활용을 살펴보는 것으로 구성하였다. 국악의 치료적 의미를 살펴 본 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국악은 집중력 향상, 학업 기술 증진, 기억력 증진 등의 인지 기능 향상을 위해 활용될 수 있다. 둘째, 국악은 청각자극 , 음성개선, 대 소근육 운동 증진, 긴장이완 등 신체기능 활성화를 위해 활용될 수 있다. 셋째, 국악은 안정감과 자신감, 즐거움을 얻고 감정 표현을 돕는 등 정서적 기능에 도움을 준다. 넷째, 국악은 상호교 류 및 사회성숙성 증진, 대인관계 기술 습득 등 사회적 기술 향상을 위해 활용될 수 있다. 이처럼 국악이 가진 치료적 의미를 바 탕으로 치료 현장에서 도움을 주고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study has a significance in the sense that it reviews the therapeutic meaning of Korean classical music, which is to find the possibilities if it could help the wide range of issues of human. This consists of the needs for research, kinds and therapeutic features of Korean classical music and there view of therapy method and the use of Korean classical music therapy. The results of the therapeutic meaning of Korean classical music were as follows: First, it can be used to improve cognitive function such as improving concentration in the class, enhancing learning abilities and improving one’s memory. Second, it can be used to stimulate physical function such as tone of voice, enhancing gross-motor and fine motor skill and tension-relaxation. Third, Korean classical music provides help to the emotional function such as getting stability, self-confidence and pleasure, and also helping to express emotions. Fourth, it can be used to enhance social skills such as improving social interaction and social maturity, and for obtaining skills for personal relationship. It is hoped that Korean classical music based on these therapeutic meaning would be used in various fields of treatment.
