경호관련학과 취업 진로결정에 관한 근거이론적 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 경호관련학과 취업 진로결정에 관한 근거이론적 분석을 하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 기간은 2015년 1월부터 2015년 4월까지로 연구참여자는 4명이다. 면접 결과는 질적 연구방법 중 하나인 근거이론 접근방법(Strauss & Corbin, 1990)으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 개방코딩 과정을 걸쳐 면접자료를 범주화환 결과 100개의 개념, 13개의 하위범주, 6개의 상위범주를 도출되었다. 상위범주는 '세상의 첫걸음', '대학생활 충실히 하기', '취업 전략', '취업 장벽', '경호학 전공과 업무의 일치' '상사에게 필요한 인재'이다. 세상의 첫걸음의 하위범주는 '설레는 경험', 경호관련 진로정하기의 하위범주는 '대학 생활하기', '진로경정시기', 취업전략의 하위범주는 '스펙의 의미'와 '자기개발에 대한 노력', 취업 장벽의 하위범주는 '취업 실패 경험', '취업의 어려움', '취업의 두려움', 경호학 전공과 업무의 일치의 하위범주는 '적성찾기', '취업 조력자', '경호학 전공', 상사에게 필요한 인재의 하위범주는 '상사에 대한 충성심', '직장관련분야에 흥미가 생김'이다. 둘째, 축코딩에 의한 패러다임 범주분석 결과 경호관련학과 취업 진로결정에서 원인 조건은 '세상을 향한 첫걸음', 중심 현상은 '경호관련 진로정하기', 맥락 조건은 '취업전략', 중재적 조건은 '취업 장벽', 작용/상호작용 전략은 '경호학 전공과 업무 일치', 결과는 '상사에게 필요한 인재'이다. 마지막으로 선택코딩에 의한 이야기 개요를 통한 핵심 범주는 '경호전공을 살려서 취직하기'이다. 결론적으로 민간시큐리티 종사자의 커뮤니케이션 및 조직신뢰, 집단효능감, 조직유효성과 이직의도의 구조적 관계를 검증하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to conduct grounded theoretic analysis with regards to determining career courses for security service department. The study was participated by four researchers during the period between January 2015 and April 2015. The grounded theory approach (Strauss & Corbin, 1990), one of the qualitative research techniques, was taken to analyze interview results. The following describes major research findings. First, the interview results have been classified into six main categories, 13 subcategories and 100 concepts through the opening coding process. The main categories are 'first step to the world', 'determining career paths related to security services', 'employment strategy', 'employment barrier', 'agreement between security service major and professional work' and 'talents required for seniors'. The subcategories of six main categories are 'exciting experience' for the 'first step to the world', 'living a campus life' and 'period of determining career' for 'determining career paths related to security services', 'implications of specifications' and 'effort for self-development' for employment strategy, 'experience of failed employment', 'difficulty of employment' and 'fear for employment' for employment barrier, 'finding aptitude', 'employment assistant' and 'majoring in security services' for agreement between security service major and professional work, and 'loyalty for seniors' and 'developing interest in job related areas' for talents required for seniors, respectively. Second, according to the analysis of paradigm scope based on the axial coding, when it comes to determining career paths related to security services department, the causal condition is 'first step to the world'', the central phenomenon us 'determining career paths related to security services', the context condition is 'employment strategy', arbitrary condition is 'employment barrier', action/interaction strategy is 'agreement between security service major and professional work', and the result is 'talents required for seniors'. Last, the key scope through the story outline based on selective coding is the 'agreement with major and work'.
