영문 초록
In the recent years, researches in phylogeny and evolution based on the chloroplast genome attracted more
and more attentions. The entire chloroplast genome of 13 species of typical core eudicots including Camellia sinensis cv. Longjing 43 was compared to analyze the genetic relationship in this study. 3 different methods were used to buildParsimony method. All the results showed that Longjing 43 and Ardisia polysticta have a closer relationship, with 100% support. Further researches should be done and more factors should be considered in phylogenetic analysis based on the complete chloroplast genome.
