영문 초록

Korean agricultural extension services faces a challange due to decentralization. In order to develop agricultural extension services the various aspects must be considered. Especially extension program planning in based on needs, concerns and problems of extension service's clientele. Program development keep in tune with local needs and problems. Programs should be based on a thorough analysis of tests relevant to a given situation.
