국문 초록

본 고찰연구는 우리 인간이 특정한 색을 보는 순간 느껴지는 심리와 정서, 신체에 미치는 여러 영향과 색선호도의 일반적인 특성, 상담현장에서 사용되고, 연구되는 색채심리치료 프로그램에 대해 논리적이며 체계적으로 효과를 검증하고자 하는 목적이 있으며, 분석한 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 인간에게는 특정한 색에서 느끼는 연상 및 상징성과 심리적, 정서적 경향이 있다. 2. 색채심리치료에는 다양한 명칭과 여러 분야 치료법이 있다. 3. 색채에는 아동, 청소년 발달 단계에 따른 특정색 선호도와 특성이 있다. 4. 색채심리치료는 상담 현장에서 적용 가능한 치료 프로그램이 있다. 5. 색채심리의 치료기법은 상담현장에서 상담도구로서 효과가 있다. 이 같은 연구결과를 통해 상담현장에서 색채심리치료를 더욱 다양하게 사용할 수 있는 과학적이며 체계적인 프로그램들에 대한 개발과 객관적이 검증이 가능하며, 신뢰와 타당성 있는 임상연구가 더 많아지기를 바란다.

영문 초록

This study explores a psychology, an emotion and the various effect on the body that we as human beings feel, at the moment, when we see a particular color, and on the common characteristic of the color preferences, as well as on the psychotherapy programs which have been used in the field of psychological counseling to verify the effect logically and systematically; the object of this study, and the results of the analysis are as follows. 1. Human being feel an evocation, symbolism, psychological and emotional tendency in a specific color. 2. Color Psychotherapy has various names and treatment in several fields. 3. There is a preference for a particular color according to the developmental stage of the child and adolescent. 4. Color Psychotherapy have many program that can be applied in the psychological counseling field. 5. Color Psychotherapy has an effect in the psychological counseling field as a counseling tool. That is the effect of the Color Psychotherapy that will have to be verified objectively, the reliability and validity of the clinical research should be made and the scientific and systematic research in this area will continue to increase.
