영문 초록

Jaguljinsalonpyen(刺節眞邪篇) gives fully explanation about jinae(振埃), balmong(發蒙), gejo(去瓜), chelue(撤衣), haehok(解惑) in ojel(五節) of chimjabyup(鍼刺法), also effect and method of osa(五邪) about jiong(持癰), youngdae(容大), hyupso(狹小), han(寒), yel(熱), and others. Those are based on theory that same rule of nature and physiological function and treatment symptoms of geljeng(厥證), sanghanhayel(上寒下熱), sangyelhahan(上熱下寒) by concrete step of joqi(調氣), haegyel(解結), chuisangji(推而上之), chuisanji(推而散之). At the conclusion, it describes origin and function of jinqi(眞氣), relationship jinqi(眞氣), jengqi(正氣), occurrence and development of disease by saqi(邪氣), in additions, pathology of pain, swelling, fever, chill, pruritus, benumb, mamokbulin(痲木不人), golbi(骨痺), genlyun(筋攣), pyungo(偏枯), golsik(骨蝕), genryu(筋溜), jangryu(腸溜), golje(骨疽), yukje(肉疽). The aboves have close connection with the strength of stimulus of yein(外因), vicissitudes of jinqi(眞氣). Though difference between symptoms and region, it is factor that jinqi(眞氣) is decrease and saqi(邪氣) is increase. On this chapter, it describes relationship between jinqi(眞氣) and saqi(邪氣). Because chimjabyup(鍼刺法) about ojel(五節) and osa(五邪) is descrebed on this chapter, it names Jaguljinsalonpyen(刺節眞邪篇). In this study, the contents is investigated by classification 4 chapters. For typographical error, changing of literary embellishment, it difficults to understand contents. In accordance, this study helps correct comprehension of contents with reference to many woodblock-printed book.
