영문 초록

The relationship between river-table and five-type individuals with yin-yang'sgreater and lesser properties from NeiJingaswellasKoreansasangmedicinewasexplored.1.Rivertableisthetheoreticalbasisforthefive-typeconstitutionswithyin-yang'sgreaterandlesserpropertiesandKoreansasangconstitutions:Thecontentoffour-manifestationconstitutionswithyin-yang'sgreaterandlesserpropertiesinLingShuTongTian,isrelatedtoChangeBook,andcouldbeexplainedandgeneralizedwithriver-table;itissaidthatKoreansasangconstitutionfoundedbyYiJeMaalsostemmedformLingShuTongTian,butitstheoreticalsystemisdifferentfromthatofLingShuTongTian.Thoughthissystemcanbeexplainedandgeneralizedwithriver-table,itsdistributionofinternalorgansisdifferentfromthatofLingShuTongTian.2.Theclinicalmanifestationsoffour-manifestationconstitutionwithyin-yang'slesserandgreaterprpertiesofTCM,includingpersonality,behaviorpatternandliabilitytocertaindiseases,wereexploredandtheregulatingandcultivatingprinciplesbasedonriver-tabletofour-manifestationconstitutionswithyin-yang'sgreaterandlesserpropertiesalsowereestablished:IndividualsofShaoyang(lesseryang)constitutionshouldpayattentiontoliverqi'sascendinganddispersing,andharmonizationofliveryinandliveryanginspring;individualsofTaiyang(greateryang)constitutionshouldemphasizetheclearinganddescendingofheartqiandharmonizationofheartyinandheartyanginsummer;individualsofShaoyin(lesseryin)constitutionshouldattachimportancetodispersing,purifyinganddescendingoflungqiandharmonizationoflungyinandlungyanginautumn;individualsofTaiyin(greateryin)shouldlaystressonthecultivatingofkidneyqi'sascendingandsteaming,andharmonizationofkidneyyinandkidneyyanginwinter.Besides,individualsofthefourtypesmentionedaboveshouldcultivateandregulateqiofspleenandstomach,fortheascending-descendingandharmonizationofstomachqiandspleenqiisthebasisforthenormalorhealthybodyconstitution,andtheroottoremedythetendenciesoffour-manifestationconstitutions.
