국문 초록

본 연구에서는 향후 구축이 예정된 지적재조사 정보시스템에 대해 미래지향적인 구축 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 현재 국내외 지적관련 시스템들의 구축 현황을 파악하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 도출된 시사점을 기초로 지적재조사 정보시스템의 구축 방향에 대해 제시해 보았다. 구축 방향에 대해서는 크게 지적재조사 정보시스템의 개념적 설계 방향, 국제공간표준 기반의 도메인모델 설계 방향, 웹기반의 다양한 콘텐츠 제공을 위한 설계 방향으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 지적재조사 정보시스템 개념적 설계 방향에서는 시스템의 개념적 설계 모형을 제시하였다. 국제공간표준 기반의 도메인모델 설계 방향에서는 지적재조사 정보시스템 DB 개념적 모델 클래스와 3차원 지적제도 도입을 위한 지적데이터모델확장 클래스를 고안 제시하였다. 끝으로 웹 기반의 다양한 콘텐츠 제공을 위한 설계 방향에서는 웹 환경에서 지적정보의 서비스 접근 모델에 대해 구현 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This paper is to propose the future direction of the information of the cadastral resurvey project that should be established by the cadastral organization. Therefore it should be necessary to analysis the current situation of foreign and domestic cadastral system as well as to derive the recent issues those systems. In the basis of these issues, this is to show the direction of establishing the information system of cadastral resurvey project. To provide the direction of establishing a new cadastral system, it is to provide a model direction for supplying diverse contents via Internet based, modelling a cadastral domain model based on the International Standards as ISO19152, developing the conceptual system for cadastral resurvey project. There are used for an UML as an ISO standard in order to make use a modelling methodology a system of cadastral resurvey project. Also this paper is to introduce the extension class of cadastral data model for 3D cadastre and the conceptual model of the cadastral resurvey project to the direction of modelling a domain mode based on the ISO standards. Finally this paper is to implement a prototype model for accessing the cadastral information via Internet for providing the diverse contents based on Web environments.
