中韓兩國高句麗史爭論焦點與解決方法的思考

국문 초록

한국과 중국의 고구려사에 대한 분쟁은 양국의 학술교류, 정부간 교섭, 각자의 반성 등에 의해 어느 정도 해소되였다고 말할 수 있다. 그러나 고구려사 관련 기본 관점에 대한 양국 학계의 주요 입장 변화는 그다지 크지 않으며 분쟁이 새롭게 일어날 가능성도 없지 않다. 양국은 상당히 많은 관점에서 서로 다르다고 볼수 있으며, 본고에서는 주요 문제상의 관점차이를 중점적으로 비교하고자 한다. 여기에는 고구려의 족속, 정권의 성격, 수당과의 전쟁, 문화의 정체성, 역사귀속, 역사계승 등의 문제를 포함한다. 두 나라의 학계는 계속 상대방 학계의 관점을 더 깊히 파악하고 이해할 필요가 있다. 뿐만 아니라 두 나라의 정부, 학계, 시민단체는 학문의 객관성과 동아시아의 평화를 위하여 동아시아 공동의 역사의식을 높이고 역사학의 평화주의적인 성격을 서로 보완하면서 고구려사 등에 관한 역사분쟁을 근본적으로 해결해 나아가는 길을 모색하기 위한 목적에서 이 글을 작성한다.

영문 초록

The disputes with ‘Goguryeo’ history between China and Korea have resolved partially through the academic exchanges, inter-governmental negotiations and respective introspection between two countries. However, thescholars’ standpoints of two countries are still different fundamentally in many points, so there is a possibility of another dispute in the near future. This paper focuses on comparing of these different viewpoints between two countries, which include ‘Goguryeo’ nationality, regime character, the conflicts between the Sui and Tang Dynasties of China, cultural identity, historical belonging and inheritance etc. For the clear academic objectivity and the peace of East Asian, the two countries’scholar groups need to grasp and understand the each other’s viewpoints more in-depth. Furthermore, the governments and civic organizations of two countries are required to realize again the importance of peaceful nature of the history and improve the common historical consciousness of East Asia. This paper aims to find the fundamental solutions to the potential disputes regarding ‘Goguryeo’ history.
