영문 초록

Holistic education helps people to recognize things holy things inside human beings and develop possibilities to the fullest. But this cannot be completed without personal experiences of teachers whose dreams and visions are in the process of realization. If one teacher can get his/her dreams come true by applying the holistic education to his/her real life, he/she can cause a great number of students to change their lives. Open-Education has been taking place in our educational system, but the very essences of it are not realized yet. For the next step, we need more intensive and accelerated study to be developed by integrated education, preventing and healing traumas in the subconscious of teachers involved. We need a deeper and wider holistic counselling program which can connect latent abilities of teachers with their occupational mission. We have to prepare for the future ahead by integrating the functions of left and right brain, knowledge and wisdom. and merits of You and Me, and by keeping balance. The purpose of this study is to represent holistic counselling cases by spiritual development programs by using “Image technique” and by integration of present counselling and educational theories through the study of an “The study of an holistic human resources program” The procedure of this study is following like this. At first it is to scholastically connect present counselling and educational theories with holistic counselling which aims to prevent and heal traumas in the subconscious and finally to reinforce visions in life. And then it is to represent a case study of applying an holistic counselling program to teachers by transforming “The study of an holistic human resources program”
