국가공간정보 관련 법의 동향과 개선방안

국문 초록

현 정부는 지능국토의 건설, 사이버국토 창조, 유비쿼터스형 국토 구축 및 이를 통한 공간정보시장에서 200,000개의 일자리 창출과 11조원 시장으로 육성하기 위하여 법제도분야에서 국가공간정보체계 기반 조성을 위하여 「국가공간정보에 관한 법률」을, 공간정보산업을 육성하기 위하여 새로이 ｢공간정보산업 진흥법｣ 을 그리고 개별적으로 운영되어 오던 「지적법」․「측량법」․「수로업무법」을 통합한 「측량․수로조사 및 지적에 관한 법률」을 제정하였다. 본 연구에서는 지능국토의 건설, 사이버국토 창조, 유비쿼터스형 국토 구축 및 이를 통한 공간정보시장 활성화를 위한 「국가공간정보에 관한 법률」, ｢공간정보산업 진흥법｣, 「측량․수로조사 및 지적에 관한 법률」의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The government established the "Act on the Survey, Hydrographic survey and the Cadastre" integrating individually operated "Cadastral Act", "Survey Act" and "Hydrographic Act", the "Act on the Encouragement of the Spatial Information Industry" rearing the spatial information industry, and the "Act on the National Spatial Information" constituting the National Spatial Information System Basis in order to develop 1.1 triliian Market and 200,000 jobs in the Spatial information field through Intelligent country construction, Cyber country creation and Ubiquitous Country construction. This research present the improvement scheme of "Act on the Survey, Hydrographic survey and the Cadastre", "Act on the Encouragement of the Spatial Information Industry" and "Act on the National Spatial Information" rearing the spatial information industry through Intelligent country construction, Cyber country creation and Ubiquitous Country construction.
