영문 초록

  Because of an abnormal change of weather, disasters have increased but a countermeasure of the victims of calamity is not considered properly. Especially, the policy of temporal residence for housing problem is so poor that the victims have suffered from this problem materially, economically and psychologically.
  The aim of this research is to analyze the realities of temporary houses of these areas, and focuses on making new counterplans.
  This study has been arranged by the investigations of real conditions and interviews of the people who have lost their houses and live in containers now, because of the typhoon "Lusa" which had passed Korea in August 2002.
  As a result, to guarantee the welfare of residence, we must cope with the problem instantly. And I suggest that the legal and financial supports are required to solve the problem in this study.
