국문 초록

  본 연구는 지상공간과 지하공간에 존재하는 3차원 공간객체에 대한 지적측량 방법을 제시하는 것으로 실험대상으로는 현재 부동산등기법에 의하여 구분지상권이 설정되는 지하철도, 송전선로, 터널을 선정하여 3차원 지적측량을 실시하여 공간 객체화 즉, 입체 필지화를 수행하였다.
  대상 객체별 적합한 3차원 지적측량 방법으로 지하철의 경우 기초측량에는 GPS측량과 토탈스테이션에 의한 경위의측량이 적합하며, 시통과 작업환경을 고려할 때 세부측량은 토탈스테이션(무타켓)에 의한 경위의측량과 지상라이다측량이 적합하다. 터널의 경우 기초측량은 GPS측량과 토탈스테이션에 의한 경위의측량이 적합하며, 세부측량은 토탈스테이션에 의한 경위의측량과 지상라이다측량이 적합하다. 송전선로의 경우 기초측량은 GPS측량이 적합하고 작업여건과 범위를 고려하여 세부측량에는 토탈스테이션에 의한 경위의측량과 항공라이다측량이 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

  This research is providing cadastral survey method on the three dimension spatial object existed in ground space and underground space. As a object for experiment, conduct spatial object which means 3D parcel by executing three dimensional cadastral survey by selecting tunnel, power transmission wire, underground railroad in which partition surface right is setting by current the Real Property Registration Act.
  As a three dimension cadastral survey fitted on target object, in case of subway, Theodolite survey by means of total station and GPS survey is fitted to control survey, and Theodolite survey and ground LiDAR survey by means of total station are fitted to detail survey considering survey and working environment. In case of tunnel, theodolite survey is appropriate by means of GPS survey and total station for control survey, and for detail survey, theodolite survey and ground LiDAR are appropriate by means of total station. In case of power transmission wire, GPS survey is fitted to control surveyand theodolite survey and aerial LiDAR survey is appropriate by means of total station for detail survey considering working condition and scope.
