영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to develop an evaluation tool for quality of care in arthritis patient. Method : The approach method of develop tool and tested reliability and validity of tool. 15 nurses participated for tool development, who worked university hospital in Daegu and Kyungbok area, and 20 patient was participated who have operated with arthritis. The data collection was done from 26, september, 2003 to 30, december, 2003. The data were analyzed by Fehring , t-test, Repeated measures ANOVA in SPSS. Result : 1) There were developed 8 standards, 35 criteria and 106 indicators was selected an evaluation tool for quality of care on subject. It was include 4 standard, 22 criteria In process evaluation and 4 standard, 13 criteria in outcome evaluation. 2) Fehring mark that prove signification of standard, criteria, indicators with evaluation of quality care on subject was show 0.85 in mean, 0.81 in criteria, 0.85 in indicators. 3) In the result of analysis interrater reliability used t-test, it was significant on outcome process(p=0.008) and was no significant on total evaluation(p=0.155) and process evaluation(p=0.296) about 28 criteria to nursing recording investigation in developed 35 tool. Conclusion : On the basis of results, this tool is suggesting standard of nursing and improving quality of nursing in arthritis patient.
