국문 초록

국가 토지행정의 기반을 이루는 지적제도는 정보화 시대에 알맞은 데이터의 정확성과 신속한 이동지 조사를 통한 현지와의 일치를 근간으로 하고 있다. 그러나 그 동안 많은 노력에도 불구하고 지적의 정보화를 추진하는 과정에서 지적공부와 현지 상황이 정확히 일치해야 하는 데이터의 정확성 측면에서 다양한 문제점이 발견됨으로써 이를 신속히 개선할 필요성이 대두되어 왔다. 정확한 데이터베이스의 구축을 위해서는 지적재조사를 통한 새로운 접근방식이 요구되고 있다. 조사기간이 장기적인 점 등을 감안하고 정보화 업무 추진의 시급성으로 인하여 우선 현행 지적 등록사항을 정비하면서 건축물을 등록 하는 수치지적측량을 실시하는 방향으로 지적재조사 사업이 추진되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The cadastral system which accomplishes the base of national land administration with accuracy of proper data is agreeing with the actual place where it leads the maintenance which is quick in information age in foundation. But even in spite of many efforts, the problems were discovered variously from the accuracy side of the cadastral data and local situation must agree accurately in the process of cadastral information and It will be improved quickly for this projet. Construction of the accurate data base it leads the cadastral renovation and the new approach method is demanded. It will be processed under the consideration of the government and social charge to be big, also needs long surveying duration. Thus the cadastral renovation must be propelled with the direction which executes the digital cadastral surveying methods accompany with the building registration and the current cadastral registration items be improved with urgent characteristic of information business propulsion.
