국문 초록

본 연구는 한국 유소년 축구클럽(U-12) 운영 시스템을 분석하고 발전을 위한 핵심 요인과 우선순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 전국의 유소년 축구클럽 지도자, 학교팀 지도자, 대한축구협회 및 시·도 축구협회 관계자 등 15명을 대상으로 델파이 기법과 계층분석(AHP)을 활용한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 상위 요인은 재정과 운영(24.9%), 선수선발 및 영입 및 학교 진학(19.6%), 행정지원 및 관리(15.8%), 학력제고 및 학교생활 관리(15.4%), 학교축구팀 클럽 전환(13.1%), 엘리트 선수 육성(11.3%) 순으로 나타났으며, 전문가 판단의 신뢰성(CR=.01)이 확인되었다. 또한 조기 선수 발굴과 지원 체계, 지역 인프라 투자, 지도자 역량 강화, 클럽-학교팀 협력, 정부의 정책 지원 등이 핵심 요인으로 도출되었다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 유소년 축구클럽(U-12)의 운영 효율성과 선수 육성 역량을 동시에 향상시킬 수 있는 실질적이고 체계적인 운영 및 지원 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the operational system of Korean youth soccer clubs(U-12) to identify key factors and priorities for development. Fifteen experts, including club and school coaches and Korea Football Association participated in a Delphi survey and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) analysis. Results indicated finance and management(24.9%), player recruitment and school advancement(19.6%), administrative support(15.8%), academic and school life management (15.4%), school-to-club transition(13.1%), and elite player development(11.3%) as top priorities, with strong consistency(CR=.01). Additional factors included early talent identification, infrastructure investment, coaching quality, club–school collaboration, and consistent government policies. These findings highlight the need for systematic programs to enhance both operational efficiency and player development in U-12 soccer clubs.
