국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 학교상담자의 학교상담 컨설팅에 대한 인식과 요구를 조사하여, 동료 컨설팅의 필요성과 효과적 실행을위한시사점을 도출하는 데목적이있다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 전국의 학교상담자 171명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 빈도분석을 통해 인식 수준과 구체적요구를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 이에 학교상담 컨설팅에 대한 전반적 인식은 낮았으나, 전문성향상을 위한참여의지는높게나타났다. 실제현장에서는 비공식적인 동료 또는 선배 학교상담자와의 컨설팅 활용이 잦았으나, 공식적인 컨설팅 제도는 거의 활용되지 않았다. 논의 및 결론: 이러한 결과는 동료 컨설팅이 구조화된 지원 체제로서 학교상담 현장에 기여할 가능성을 보여준다. 효과적인 실행을 위해서는 학교상담 컨설팅 개념의 공유 및 확산, 협력적 문화 조성, 표준화된 훈련프로그램개발, 제도적·재정적 지원의 확보가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study investigated school counselors’ perceptions and needs regarding school counseling consultation, with a focus on identifying implications for developing peer consultation frameworks. Method: A nationwide survey was conducted among 171 school counselors, and frequency analyses were employed to examine their levels of awareness and needs. Results: The results revealed a generally limited awareness of school counseling consultation. However, participants demonstrated a high level of willingness to participate in consultation activities for professional development. Informal peer or senior consultations were frequently utilized, while formal systems remained underused. These results suggest that peer consultation may serve as an effective structured and supportive mechanism in school counseling. Conclusion: To ensure effective implementation, it is recommended that a shared conceptualization of school counseling consultation be established, a collaborative culture fostered, standardized training programs developed, and institutional and financial support secured.
