숲해설 프로그램 디자인을 위한 이용자 행태 및 만족도 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 부산광역시 내에 위치한 해운대 수목원에서 진행하는 숲해설 프로그램 참가자 179명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 숲해설 프로그램 참가자의 이용행태와 숲해설 프로그램의 만족도, 만족요인과 예측모형을 분석하여 숲해설 프로그램 개선에 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다. 참가자는 여성(59.2%), 가족 동반(68.2%)의 40대(46.4%), 체험학습 33.5%, 자녀교육 29.6%, 힐링 27.9%의 목적이 많은 빈도를 차지하였다. 이용행태 분석과 중요도-만족도 분석에서 나타난 바와 같이 가족단위 참여자가 많은 만큼, 어린이를 위한 시설의 정비와, 해설 프로그램의 컨텐츠 내실화가 우선 개선되어야 항목으로 판단된다. 요인분석의 결과, 5개의 ‘프로그램요인', ‘규모요인’, ‘홍보요인’, ‘시설요인’, ‘편의요인’이 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석하였으며, 주차장 등 이용의 편의성을 높이는 것, 숲해설 프로그램이 진행되는 장소의 시설 정비 뿐 아니라, 적정 교육 및 교육 장소의 마련과 적정 인원 참여, 홍보 강화, 무엇보다도 프로그램의 내용, 보조재, 교육 시간, 숲해설가의 자질 함양 등 프로그램의 컨텐츠 개선이 중요한 요인이라 하겠다. 종합적인 만족도와 18개 독립변수로 다중선형회귀분석을 실시한 결과, ‘숲해설 프로그램의 다양성', '휴게시설의 이용 편의성', '프로그램 참가자 수’, “프로그램 진행 시간’ 등이 통계적으로 유의한 변수로 나타나 이들 항목에 대한 만족도 개선 노력이 종합적인 만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수인 예측모형을 얻었다.

영문 초록

A survey was conducted on 179 participants of the ongoing forest interpretation program to analyze the users’ behavior of participants, satisfaction with the forest interpretation program, satisfaction factors, and prediction models to provide basic data for the development and operation of the forest interpretation program. The participants were female(59.2%), in their 40s(46.4%) with their families(68.2%), and the most frequent purpose was experiential learning(33.5%), child education (29.6%,) and healing(27.9%). As shown in the users’ behavior analysis and importance-satisfaction analysis, the maintenance of facilities for children and the internalization of the contents of the commentary program are the first factors to be improved as there are many family participants. As a result of the factor analysis, five ‘program factors’, ‘scale factor’, ‘publicity factor’, ‘facility factor’, and ‘convenience factor’ were interpreted as influencing satisfaction, and it was concluded that improving the convenience of using parking lots and other facilities, as well as improving the facilities of the places where forest interpretation programs are held, preparing appropriate education venues, appropriate participation, strengthening publicity, and, above all, improving the content of the program, such as the contents, auxiliary materials, training time, and cultivating the qualities of forest expounders, are important factors. As a result of conducting a multiple linear regression analysis with overall satisfaction and 18 independent variables, “diversity of forest interpretation programs,” “convenience of rest facilities,” “number of program participants,” and “program duration” were found to be statistically significant variables, and a prediction model was obtained in which efforts to improve satisfaction with these items were the main variables affecting overall satisfaction.
