국문 초록

본 연구는 성인 발달장애인의 대인관계 향상과 자기표현 역량 강화를 목적으로 이성교제 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과성을 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 프로그램 개발은 ADDIE 교수설계 모형을 기반으로 하였으며, 참여자들의 실제 욕구와 발달장애인의 특성을 고려하여 다섯 가지 핵심 모듈(이성교제 예절교육, 자기표현 훈련, 스타일스쿨, 커플운동, 부모참여)을 포함하여 구성하였다. 연구 대상은 서울 소재 복지관의 성인 발달장애인 24명으로, 실험군과 통제군으로 나누어 프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다. 효과성 평가에서는 양적 접근과 질적 접근을 병행하여 프로그램의 유의미한 영향을 확인하고, 참여자 및 보호자로부터 긍정적인 피드백을 얻었다. 연구 결과, 프로그램 참여 후 실험군의 이성교제 태도 및 예절 수준이 유의미하게 향상되었고, 자기 결정 및 대인관계 기술이 증진되었음을 확인하였다. 또한, 프로그램의 만족도와 긍정적 경험은 발달장애인의 정서적 안정과 자존감 향상에 기여하였다. 본 연구는 성인 발달장애인의 건강한 대인관계 형성을 지원할 수 있는 통합적 프로그램의 효과성을 입증하였으며, 향후 발달장애인을 위한 관계교육 및 지원에 중요한 기초 자료를 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to develop a dating program to enhance interpersonal relationships and self-expression skills among adults with developmental disabilities and to analyze its effectiveness. The program was designed based on the ADDIE instructional design model, incorporating five key modules—etiquette education for dating, self-expression training, style school, couple activities, and parental involvement—to address the specific needs and characteristics of individuals with developmental disabilities. The study involved 24 adult participants with developmental disabilities from a welfare center in Seoul, who were divided into experimental and control groups to verify the program’s effectiveness. The evaluation employed both quantitative and qualitative approaches, confirming the program's significant impact and garnering positive feedback from participants and their caregivers. The findings showed that, following participation in the program, the experimental group demonstrated a significant improvement in dating attitudes and etiquette, as well as enhanced self-determination and interpersonal skills. Additionally, participant satisfaction and positive experiences contributed to increased emotional stability and self-esteem among adults with developmental disabilities. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of an integrated program that supports healthy interpersonal relationship formation among adults with developmental disabilities, providing an important foundation for future relationship education and support for this population.
