국문 초록

본 연구는 혁신제품 지정이 기업의 매출에 미치는 동시적 상관관계를 분석하였다. 표본은 지정기업 48개사의 연도별 재무자료로 구성된 기업-연도 관측치 244개이며, 모든 변수는 결측 없이 0 초과 관측치만 포함하였다. OLS 추정과 함께 이분산-강건(HC1) 및 기업단위 클러스터-강건 표준오차를 병기하였다. 다중공선성은 평균 VIF≈2.53, 최대 VIF≈3.15로 양호하였다. 기준모형의 적합도는 R²=0.322, Adj. R²=0.308으로 나타났다. 추정 결과, ATO는 양(+)의 계수이며 클러스터-강건 p=0.000332로 강하게 유의하였다. EquityRatio(양(+))와 CapIntensity(음(−))는 각각 p=0.0522, p=0.0678로 10% 수준의 경계 유의, 반면 ROA와 ROS는 동시점에서 유의하지 않았다(각 p=0.398, 0.480). 결과적으로 혁신제품 지정기업의 매출 규모는 동시점에 자산 활용 효율(ATO)과 더 밀접히 연동되는 반면, 수익성 비율(ROA/ROS)은 본 설정에서 직접적 설명력이 제한적임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the simultaneous correlation between innovative product designation and corporate sales. The sample consisted of 244 firm-year observations, each consisting of annual financial data from 48 designated firms. All variables included only observations with a value greater than 0 and no missing values. OLS estimation was performed with heteroscedasticity-robust (HC1) and firm-level cluster-robust standard errors. Multicollinearity was satisfactory, with an average VIF ≈ 2.53 and a maximum VIF ≈ 3.15. The goodness-of-fit of the baseline model was R² = 0.322 and Adj. R² = 0.308. The estimation results showed that ATO was a positive coefficient and strongly significant with a cluster-robust p = 0.000332. EquityRatio (positive (+)) and CapIntensity (negative (−)) were significant at the 10% level, with p=0.0522 and p=0.0678, respectively. However, ROA and ROS were insignificant at the same time point (p=0.398 and 0.480, respectively). Consequently, this suggests that the sales volume of companies designated as innovative products is more closely linked to asset utilization efficiency (ATO) at the same time point, while the profitability ratio (ROA/ROS) has limited direct explanatory power in this setting.
