미래역량을 고려한 대학 핵심역량 분석: 수도권 대학을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 급변하는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 대학의 역할과 미래인재 양성의 중요성을 인식하고, 수도권 대학이 공식적으로 표방하는 핵심역량이 미래역량을 얼마나 효과적으로 반영하고 있는지 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구를 통해 대학생에게 요구되는 주요 미래 역량 7가지(협업, 융복합성, 통합적 사고력, 문화예술 소양, 혁신, 변화 대응, 감성적 사고역량)를 선정하였다. 수도권 60개 대학의 인재상 및 핵심역량 관련 공식 문헌을 대상으로 빈도분석, 워드 클라우드 분석, 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 주요 핵심역량으로는 자기관리, 시민의식, 의사소통, 창의 등이 다수 표출되었으며, 대학별로 역량 체계가 간결형과 확장형으로 분화됨을 확인하였다. 특히 키워드 네트워크 분석에서는 시민의식, 융합, 의사소통이 가장 높은 연결성을 보였다. 미래역량 반영 여부에 있어, 협업과 융복합성은 상대적으로 높은 반영률을 보였지만, 통합적 사고력, 문화예술 소양, 혁신, 변화 대응, 감성적 사고는 낮게 나타나 고차원적 역량의 내재화 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 분석결과를 통해 수도권 대학들이 미래사회가 요구하는 고차원적 핵심역량을 효과적으로 내재화하고, 학생 및 국가 경쟁력을 제고할 수 있는 교육적 및 행정적 지원 방향에 대한 시사점을 제시한다.

영문 초록

This study recognizes the role of universities and the importance of nurturing future talents in the rapidly changing era of the 4th Industrial Revolution and aims to analyze how effectively the core competencies declared by universities in the metropolitan area reflect future competencies. To this end, seven major future competencies required of university students (collaboration, convergence, integrated thinking, cultural and artistic literacy, innovation, change response, and emotional thinking) were selected through a literature review. Frequency analysis, word cloud analysis, and keyword network analysis were conducted on official documents related to the talent profile and core competencies of 60 universities. As a result, self-management, civic consciousness, communication, and creativity appeared most frequently as core competencies, and it was confirmed that the competency systems were divided into concise and extended types by university. In particular, civic consciousness, convergence, and communication showed the highest connectivity in the keyword network analysis. Regarding future competencies, collaboration and convergence showed relatively high reflection rates, while integrated thinking, cultural and artistic literacy, innovation, change response, and emotional thinking showed low rates, suggesting the need for internalization of higher-level competencies. This study provides implications for educational and administrative support to help universities effectively embed future-oriented competencies and enhance student and national competitiveness.
