국문 초록

본 연구는 한국 스포츠 사회에서 발생하는 폭력 문제의 실태와 원인을 심층적으로 분석하고, 효과적인 예방 및 대응 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 선행연구와 법제 동향을 먼저 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 언론 보도 분석을 통해 한국 스포츠 폭력 문제의 특성을 심층적으로 규명하고, 보다 실질적이고 효과적인 예방 및 대응 방안을 제시하고자 하였 다. 또한 최근 1년간의 국내 주요 언론에 보도된 스포츠 폭력 관련 기사들을 대상으로 질적 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 한국 스포츠 사회의 폭력은 학교 폭력, 지도자 폭력, 성폭력 등 다양한 형태로 나타나며, 권위주의적인 지도 문화, 승리지상주의, 폭력에 대한 묵인 및 은폐, 미흡한 선수 인권 보호 시스템 등 복합적인 요인에 의해 발생하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze in-depth the actual situation and causes of the violence problem in Korean sports society, and to explore effective prevention and response measures. For the purpose of this study, we first analyzed prior research and legislative trends, and then analyzed media reports to further characterize the nature of the problem of violence in Korean sports and to propose more practical and effective prevention and response measures. In addition, a qualitative content analysis was conducted on sports violence-related articles reported in major Korean media over the past year. The analysis revealed that violence in the Korean sports community manifests itself in various forms, including school violence, leader violence, and sexual violence, and is caused by a combination of factors, including authoritarian leadership culture, triumphalism, silence and concealment of violence, and inadequate athlete human rights protection systems. blishment of the independent department were suggested and the improvement of the school police role was suggested
