국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 문제해결 역량이 취업준비 행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 이 관계에서 디지털 리터러시 역량의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 위계적 회귀분석 및 상호작용 효과 검증을 수행하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 대학생의 문제해결 역량은 취업준비 행동에 정(+)적인 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 결과는 문제해결 역량이 높은 학생일수록 보다 체계적이고 능동적으로 구직 활동을 수행함을 시사한다. 둘째, 디지털 리터러시 역량은 취업준비 행동에 직접적인 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 셋째, 문제해결 역량과 디지털 리터러시 역량 간의 상호작용 항은 유의미한 조절효과를 보였다. 특히 디지털 리터러시 수준이 높은 집단에서 문제해결 역량이 취업준비 행동에 미치는 영향이 더욱 크게 나타나, 디지털 리터러시가 문제해결 역량의 효과를 강화하는 촉진 요인으로 작용함을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 대학의 진로 및 취업교육에서 문제해결 역량과 디지털 리터러시를 통합적으로 강화할 필요성을 강조하며, 디지털 환경에서의 구직 준비에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 교육적·정책적 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the impact of university students’ problem-solving competency on their job preparation behavior and verified the moderating effect of digital literacy competency in this relationship. A survey was conducted among Korean university students, and hierarchical regression analysis was employed to test the research model. The findings revealed that, first, problem-solving competency had a significant positive effect on job preparation behavior, suggesting that students with higher problem-solving abilities tend to engage in more systematic and proactive job search activities. Second, digital literacy competency did not have a direct significant impact on job preparation behavior. However, third, the interaction effect between problem-solving competency and digital literacy competency was statistically significant. The influence of problem-solving competency on job preparation behavior was stronger among students with higher levels of digital literacy, indicating that digital literacy plays a facilitating role in translating problem-solving competency into action. These results highlight the importance of integrating both problem-solving and digital literacy training in university career education to effectively prepare students for the digitalized labor market. Implications for educational practices and policy development are discussed.
