국문 초록

본 연구는 요한 크리스토프 블룸하르트(1805-1880)의 ‘투쟁’ 사례를 관계정신분석의 관점에서 분석하며, 특히 실연과 변형의 개념을 중심으로 조명한다. 블룸하르트가 뫼틀링겐에서 경험한 악령과의 투쟁을 단순한 축사로 보지 않고 상담자와 내담자, 그리고 초월적 3자인 예수 그리스도가 함께하는 실연의 과정으로 해석하였다. 따라서 블룸하르트의 초기 방관적 태도에서 적극적 개입으로 전환되는 과정과, 이러한 과정에서 드러난 상호 취약성과 변형의 순간을 탐구하는 데 의의를 둔다. 이를 통해 블룸하르트의 사례가 관계정신분석의 생성적 실연과 목회상담의 정체성을 결합하는 중요한 모델임을 제안하고자 한다. 블룸하르트의 ‘투쟁’이 단순한 축사 사건이 아닌, 실연과 변형을 통한 치유의 과정으로 이해될 수 있으며, 이는 현대 목회상담과 심리치료에 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the case of Johann Christoph Blumhardt(1805-1880) from the perspective of relational psychoanalysis, focusing on the concepts of enactment and transformation. Blumhardt’s struggle(Kampf) with demonic forces in Möttlingen is not merely an instance of exorcism but an enactment process involving the counselor, the counselee, and the transcendent third, Jesus Christ. This study explores Blumhardt’s transition from an initially passive stance to active engagement, highlighting intersubjective vulnerability and transformative moments in the process. It argues that Blumhardt’s case serves as a significant model that integrates generative enactment in relational psychoanalysis with the identity of pastoral counseling. Thus, Blumhardt’s “struggle” is understood not as a mere exorcistic event but as a healing process through enactment and transformation, providing valuable implications for contemporary pastoral counseling and psychotherapy.
