간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향과 사회적 지지가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 G시의 간호학과 학생을 대상으로 비판적 사고성향과 사회적 지지가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 자료 분석은 기술적 통계, t검증, ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 비판적 사고성향(β =.578, p<.001)와 사회적 지지(β=.464, p<.001) 모두 학습몰입에 정적인 영향을 나타냈으며, 연구모형은학습몰입을 42.7% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 간호대학생의 학습몰입 증진을 위해 비판적 사고성향과 사회적 지지를 증진시키기 위한 방안들이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to identify the factors the learning flow of nursing students. The subjects of this study were 168 nursing students in G city. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation analysis and Multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. The results of the study are as follows. Critical thinking(β=.578, p<.001), social support(β=.464, p<.001) showed a positive effect on learning flow. The study model accounted for 42.7% of learning flow. These findings suggest that measures to increase critical thinking and social support are needed to promote learning flow of nursing students.
