국문 초록
This study aims to develop a risk management system for remotely operated ships. This study, which is in the initial stage, focused on methods, procedures, and system architecture. For system development, procedures should be reviewed, and the system framework was reviewed through risk management procedures and strategic risk management (SMP) approaches. To this end, first, crises and risk response measures (RCOs) should be identified, and a procedure to identify risks and propose risk control options (RCOs) using accident chains was established. It was confirmed that the system model can be developed using Bayesian networks in the risk assessment model, which has the advantage of enabling both forward and backward propagation. The risk assessment method was used to evaluate whether the probability falls within the acceptable, ALARP, or unacceptable range using the F-N curve proposed by IMO (2016h). Key requirements for system development are the extensive identification of RCOs and crises per accident and the real-time provision of input data. Further research on this should be conducted on comprehensive data collection and processing, reliable model development, and effective verification methods for system results.
