국문 초록

As more and more people drink oolong tea, so more and more people are paying attention to the traditional making method of oolong tea. This study explaines the role of gongfu tea(功夫茶) as a medium through the application of folk customs and gongfu tea in daily life. The survey is mainly based on references and find truth on daily life. The study of folk customs is rather troublesome thing. Because of the differences in life style. even the folk customs of the same region can be diverse. We need not only the integration of tea culture and life, but also the documentation. In my research, I found that gongfu tea in the research materials is preferred to entertain guests, chat with friends, negotiate business, etc. and is more used when sitting down and chatting for a long time. Actually in the wedding ceremony, child birth ceremony, funeral and other daily life ceremony is using gongfu tea. After the research in this paper. I knew gongfu tea is very valuable as a kind of tea ceremony. After investigating the integration of gongfu tea with local daily life in southern Fujian and gongfu tea-using areas. This is used as a preparation for future research on tea and folk customs in other regions.
