국문 초록

본 연구는 개정 누리과정 실행에서 교사가 경험한 놀이지원의 변화와 어려움을 이해하고 놀이지원을 위해 요구되는 것을 살펴보기 위함이 목적이다. 서울·경기도 사립유치원교사 5명을 참여자로 선정하여 면담을 진행하였다. 결과는 첫째, 개정 누리과정 실행에서 경험한 놀이지원의 변화를활동중심에서 놀이중심, 의도된 자유선택활동에서 유아 주도의 자유놀이시간, 주제중심에서 흥미중심, 교육과정 실행자에서 함께 만들어가는 교육과정으로 인식하였다. 둘째, 연구 참여자들은 개정누리과정 실행에서 경험한 놀이지원의 어려움에는 안전과 놀이 사이 불안감, 사회 및 학부모의 요구와 상충 되는 갈등, 초등학교에서의 적응과 연계 속의 불안감, 진짜 놀이와 놀이의 허용 범위에대한 모호함, 제도적 원인으로 인한 어려움, 기관·교사의 역량에 따라 다른 교육과정에 대한 부담감, 새 교육과정 실행에 대한 두려움 등으로 인식하였다. 놀이중심 개정 누리과정이 현장에 정착되기위한 지원과 요구는 무엇인지를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the changes and difficulties of play support experienced by teachers in the implementation of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum and to examine what is required for teachers' play support. Accordingly, five teachers from private kindergartens in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were selected as participants in the study and the results analyzed are as follows. First, the study participants recognized the changes in play support experienced in the process of implementing the revised Nuri curriculum from activity-centered to play-centered, from the teacher's intended free-choice activities to children's free-play time, from subject-centered to interest-centered, and from curriculum implementers to a curriculum created with children. Second, the difficulties experienced in the implementation of the revised Nuri curriculum included anxiety between safety and play, conflict felt in the curriculum that conflicts with the needs of society and parents, anxiety felt in connection with adaptation in elementary school, ambiguity about the allowable range of real play and play, difficulties caused by institutional causes, the burden on the curriculum, and fear of the implementation of the new curriculum. Reflecting this result, it was suggested what support and needs are needed for the play-centered revised Nuri curriculum to be settled in the field.
