국문 초록

본 연구는 지역아동센터 사회복지사의 그릿, 마인드셋과 교사효능감의 관계를 살펴보고 그결과를 토대로 이들을 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 J지역의 지역아동센터 사회복지사 220명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 이중 불성실한 6명을 제외한 204명의 설문을 최종 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 jamovi 2.3과 Amos 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역아동센터 사회복지사의 그릿은 마인드셋에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이들의 그릿은 교사효능감에도 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며 마지막으로 마인드셋 역시 교사효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 지역아동센터 사회복지사의 그릿과 마인드셋을 증가시켜 교사효능감을 높여 궁극적으로 아동돌봄 서비스의 질적 향상을 가져올 수 있도록 이들을 지원할 수 있는 사회복지적 개입방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among grit, mindset, and teacher efficacy of social workers in community child centers and to suggest ways to support them based on the results. To this end, a questionnaire was administered to 220 social workers at community child centers in Region J, and 204 questionnaires were finally analyzed, excluding 6 who were unfaithful. For the analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling were conducted using jamovi 2.3 and Amos 23.0 programs. The results of the study are as follows. First, the grit of social workers in community child centers had a positive effect on mindset; second, their grit had a positive effect on teacher efficacy; and finally, mindset had a positive effect on teacher efficacy. Based on these findings, social work interventions that can support community child centers social workers to increase their grit and mindset to increase their teacher efficacy and ultimately improve the quality of child care services are proposed.
