국문 초록

본 연구는 행복감과 수업만족도가 대학생의 창의성 향상에 미치는 구체적인 영향을 분석하고, 수업만족도가 행복감을 매개로 창의성 발달에 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 탐구하고자 하였다. 또한, 학생들이 수업을 창의성을 촉진하는 학습 환경으로 인식하는 것이 그들의 창의성 발달에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석함으로써, 대학 교육 현장에서 창의성을 촉진할 수 있는 교육적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴 보면, 첫째, 대학생들의 창의적 문제해결 성향은 학기 초부터 학기 말까지 선형적으로 변화하는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 대학생들의 행복감은 창의적 문제해결 성향의 변화에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 수업에 대한 대학생들의 인식은 창의적 문제해결 성향의 변화에 영향을 미치는 요인인 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 창의 수업만족도와 창의적 문제해결 성향의 변화에 있어 행복감이 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학 교육에서 창의성을 촉진하고 학생들의 긍정 정서와 행복감을 증진시키기 위한 학습 환경을 조성할 것을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to analyze the specific effects of happiness and course satisfaction on the enhancement of college students' creativity and to explore in depth how course satisfaction, mediated by happiness, influences creativity development. Additionally, by examining how students perceive their courses as a learning environment that fosters creativity, the study sought to derive educational implications for promoting creativity in higher education. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The creativity of college students tended to change linearly from the beginning to the end of the semester. (2) Students' happiness was found to be a positive factor influencing changes in creative problem-solving tendencies. (3) Students' perception of their courses was confirmed as a factor that affects changes in their creative problem-solving tendencies. (4) Happiness was identified as a mediating factor in the relationship between creative course satisfaction and changes in creative problem-solving tendencies. Based on these findings, it is suggested that higher education institutions create learning environments that promote creativity and enhance students' positive emotions and happiness.
