아파트단지 내 수경시설의 형태 및 위치에 따라 주거만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 수도권 중심에 거주하고 있는 거주자를 대상으로 수경시설의 형태 및 위치 선호도에 대한 관계성을 분석하였으며, 다음과 같이 제안하고자 한다. 첫째, 수경시설의 여러 형태 중 경관형을 가장 선호하는 것으로 분석된 만큼 수경시설을 계획, 설치할 시 경관형 수경시설에 대한 고려가 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 수경시설의 설치 선호 위치 중 산책로를 가장 선호하는 것으로 분석된 만큼 산책로 의 구성요소 또는 산책로와 연계하여 계획, 설치 할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 셋째, 수경시설을 선호하는 이유로 자연·경관의 이유가 가장 많았고 형태 부분에서도 경관형이 가장 높은 응답을 나타냈으며, 위치 또한 산책로를 가장 선호하는 것으로 분석된 만큼 수경시설의 도입에 있어 형태와 위치 모두 적절하게 반영하여야 한다. 향후 연구에서는 수경시설의 청음 환경에 관한 세부 연구가 같이 이루어진다면 더욱 의미 있는 연구가 되리라 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the relationship between the shape and location preferences of water features for residents living in the center of the metropolitan area, and I would like to propose as follows. First, as it was analyzed that landscape type is the most preferred among the various types of water features, landscape-type water features should be considered when planning and installing water features. Second, as it has been analyzed that the promenade is the most preferred location for the installation of water features, it should be planned and installed in connection with the components of the promenade or the promenade. Third, both form and location should be appropriately reflected in the introduction of water features as the reasons for preferring water features, the landscape type showed the highest response in terms of form. In future studies, it is expected that it will be more meaningful if research on the auditory part of water features is conducted together.
