The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between functional service quality, user satisfaction, and management of coffee machines that play an important role in the coffee industry that is in the limelight in modern society. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the differences in functional service quality, user satisfaction, and management according to demographics, and to identify the relationship between functional service quality, user satisfaction, and management. This study selected managers and employees of a specialty coffee shop located in Gangnam, Seoul as the population. We distributed 400 people and sampled 392 people using the judgment sampling method. The number of cases used in the final analysis was 367. The conclusion is as follows. First, there are differences in functional service quality, user satisfaction, and management according to social demographics. Second, functional service quality affects user satisfaction. Third, functional service quality affects management. In other words, the higher the convenience and durability, the higher the non-financial and monetary aptitude. Fourth, user satisfaction affects management. Fifth, functional service quality indirectly affects user satisfaction and management. This shows that the excellent functional quality of coffee machines plays a big role in the business of specialty coffee shops.
