탐정양성을 위한 교육과정 개발 방향 탐색

국문 초록

2020년 8월 5일부터 탐정이라는 용어를 공식적으로 활용할 수 있도록 관련법의 개정이 이루어진 이후 많은 관련 기관이나 단체에서 공식적으로 ‘탐정’이라는 단어들 사용하고 있다. 특히, 많은 교육기관에서도 탐정양성을 위한 교육이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 탐정양성 교육기관들은 탐정전공을 신설하여 학위를 수여하거나 탐정 관련 자격 교육과정을 통하여 자격증 수여하거나 평생교육기관과 탐정 자격관리기관의 MOU를 통하여 최고위과정을 운영한다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 탐정 자격을 취득하거나 관련 기초지식, 전문지식을 습득하는 교육단체의 교육과정을 분석해보고 탐정양성 교육과정의 개발을 위한 방향을 탐색하였다. 그 결과 탐정 교육단체들의 교과과정 개발에 있어서 다음과 같은 개발 방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, 탐정의 직무와 역량을 충분히 반영한 표준교육과정 개발 필요하다. 둘째, 교육기관별 특성을 고려한 교육과정 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 업무 분야별 전문화 교육과정 신설이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Since the related laws were revised on August 5, 2020, so that the term ‘private investigator’ could officially be utilized, many related organizations or groups have officially used the word, ‘private investigator.’ Especially, education for private investigator nurturing is actively provided at many educational institutions. Setting the private investigator specialized course, the educational institutions for private investigator nurturing grant degrees, grant licenses through the curriculum of private investigator-related qualifications, or operate the advanced exacutive program through an MOU between a lifelong education institution and an institution for the qualification management of private investigators. This study analyzed the curricula of educational organizations in which students obtain the private investigator qualifications or acquire the relevant basic knowledge or expertise and explore directions for the development of a curriculum for private investigator nurturing. As a result, in developing a curriculum for private investigator educational institutions, the following directions for the development were proposed. First, it is crucial to develop a standardized curriculum that sufficiently reflects the private investigator’s duties and competencies. Second, it is required to develop a curriculum considering the characteristics of each educational institution. Third, it is necessary to establish specialized curricular courses for each work field.
