노년기 부부의 관계강화 프로그램에 관한 효과성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 노년기 부부를 대상으로 관계강화 프로그램을 적용하여 부부 상호작용, 부부간 의사소통, 부부친밀감, 결혼만족도, 삶의 질에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후시차설계 연구이다. 연구대상자는 S시에 위치한 노인복지관에 등록되어있는 65세 이상 노년기 부부 실험군 10쌍, 대조군 10쌍으로, 5주 동안 주 1회 120분씩 2018년 8월부터 9월까지 실시하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 인구 사회학적 동질성과 모든 연구 변인들은 실험군과 대조군의 사전 점수가 동질 하였다. 프로그램 효과검증 결과 부부 상호작용(F=45.20, p<.001), 부부간 의사소통(F=34.49, p<.001), 부부친밀감(z=-4.41 p<.001), 결혼만족도(z=-4.69, p<.001), 삶의 질(F=25.33, p<.001)은 실험군 대조군 간 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 조사되어 노년기 부부들에게 있어 관계강화 프로그램은 관계를 향상하는 데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 노년기 부부들을 위한 다양한 프로그램 개발과 활용에 도움이 되는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study is a study of the non-equivalent control post-parameter design to identify the effects on marital interaction, couple communication, couple intimacy, marriage satisfaction, and quality of life by applying the relationship enhancement program to elderly couples. The subjects of the study were 10 experimental pairs of couples aged 65 or older and 10 control pairs registered at the Senior Citizens Welfare Center located in S city, and 120 minutes per week were conducted from August to September 2018. As a result of the study, the demographic homogeneity of the subject and all the study variables were homogeneous in the prior scores of the experimental group and the control group. Program Effectiveness Verification Results Couple Interaction (F=45.20, p<).001), couple communication (F=34.49, p<.001), couple intimacy (z=-4.41 p<.001), marriage satisfaction (z=-4.69), p<.001), quality of life (F=25.33, p<.001) was found to have statistically significant differences between the experimental group controls, indicating that for older couples, the enhanced relationship program is effective in improving relationships. This study aims to provide basic data to help develop and utilize various programs for older couples.
