상담학 이론에 기반한 자문화기술지의 개념적 특질 탐색

국문 초록

이 글의 목적은 상담학 이론에 기반하여 자문기술지의 개념적 특질을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰을 실시하였다. 문헌고찰은 선행 연구를 검토해서 특정 문제를 탐색하고 분석하는 연구방법으로, 그 순서는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자문화기술지 개념에 대해 살펴보았다. 둘째, 자문화기술지의 정의, 연속체, 3요소가 상담학 이론의 개념들과 어떻게 연결될 수 있는지 살펴보았다. 이 과정에서 자문화기술지의 3요소인 자기(auto), 문화(ethno), 기술지(graphy)와 상담학 이론의 인간관, 세계관, 연구과정을 다루었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담학 이론에 기반한 자문화기술지의 정의는 개인에 초점을 두고, 그 개인이 속해 있는 사회에서의 관계, 상호문화적인 것에 대해 이야기 하는 연구방법이라 할 수 있다. 둘째, 상담학 이론에 기반한 자문화기술지 연속체는 개인적, 관계적, 상호문화적의 연속체로 정의할 수 있다. 셋째, 상담학 이론에 기반한 자문화기술지의 ‘자기(auto)’는 조절 가능한 개인이 공동체, 외부환경에 영향을 받으며 충분히 기능할 수 있는 존재이며, ‘문화(ethno)’는 자신과 타인, 환경 사이의 상호작용으로 상호문화적인 관계를 형성하는 것이고, ‘기술지(graphy)’는 상담과정에 연결할 수 있었다. 이 글은 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 상담학 이론에 기반한 자문화기술지의 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the concept of autoethnography based on counseling theory. For this purpose, a literature review was conducted. The literature review is a research method to explore and analyze specific problems by reviewing previous studies. Firstly, the concept of autoethnography was examined. Secondly, it examined how the definition, continuum, and three elements of autoethnography can be connected to the concepts of counseling theory. In this process, it studied three elements of autoethnography; auto, culture, and technology, and the view on human beings, world view, and research process of counseling theory. The results of the study are as follows: First, autoethnography can be defined, based on the counseling theory as a research method that focuses on individuals and talks about the relationship and intercultural things in the society the individual belongs to. Second, the continuum of autoethnography based on the theory of counseling can be defined as a continuum of individual, relational, and intercultural. Third, the auto of autoethnography based on counseling theory can be connected to the existence of a fully functioning entity of the controllable individual being influenced by the community and the external environment and the ethno can be connected to the thing that forms the intercultural relationship through the interaction of oneself, others, and the environment while the graphy can be connected to the counseling process. Based on the results of this study, the implications for autoethnography based on counseling theory were discussed.
