영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to suggest basic data about the transition of color preference on 20-30’s women’s street fashion from 2016 to 2018 S/S in Harbin, China. The research method was combined with literature review and the case study. For the case study, photos of women’s street fashion were taken at Harbin main street from July to August for three years. 300 photos in each year were selected, making a total of 900 photos. In the top color, White was the most frequent color, in the bottom, Blue and Black showed high preference. In the one-piece dresses, Multi and Black showed high preference. In the accessories, Black and White color proved to be commonly preferred through all the items. In the color coordination, mainly chromatic/ achromatic color coordination preferred in 2016, 2018, however achromatic/achromatic color coordination preferred in 2017. In the analysis of the total clothing colors, the uses of the achromatic color, Black and White was the most frequent. In the chromatic color, Blue and Multi color showed high preference in Harbin. This study analyzing geographical preferences in China might be expected to contribute to the launching of Korean fashion brands in view of the design and marketing as a useful basic resources.
