영문 초록

This paper would study how the time functions as the capital and how the time capital specifically contributes to the increase in quality of life. The time has the economic effect in forming various social capitals as well as forming the financial asset. The time does not have the economic effect as itself. However, the time has a certain economic effect although it is not the traditional productive element. When the time is used in combination with the social system, the effect like certain capital occurs. It is very necessary to enrich the quality of life through the right knowledge on time capital and positive utilization.
