영문 초록

The purposes of this study is to contribute to positive relationship formation with quality of life on main family caregivers and dementia older providing education program for family caregiving dementia older to decrease caregiving burden. Through this study, the results are followings. 1) After finishing the education program, the caregiving burden of experimental group was significantly decreased than that of control group(F(1.38)=7.83, P<.01). 2) After finishing the education program, the quality of dynamic relationship between experimental group and dementia older was significantly increased than that of between control group an dementia older(F(1.38)=7.90, P<.01). 3) After finishing the education program, while the quality of lfe of main family member caregiving dementia older was not significantly different, the quality points of life of main family member caregiving dementia older was increased compared with before practicing program. 4) While the caregiving caregiving burden feeling of the experimental group was decreased in post-test, that of the control group was increased. This results shows that as time would be gone, the caregiving burden of the main family member caregiving dementia older could be aggravated.
