영문 초록

Today the importance of virtual enterprise(VE) has been increased very much under the tough business environment. In this work, we analyze how advanced companies successfully realized VEs resolving the problems during the implementation procedures. Through case study and research of literatures on the subject, we extracted the factors of success for constructing the VEs and achieving the competitiveness in this rapidly changing knowledge- and information-based world. In addition, we also suggest a reference model of constructing the VE-infra for domestic companies. We believe our works contribute to enhance the fundamental competitive power of domestic companies.
