영문 초록

The family is the minimal component of mankind. Family is very important unit where the family members' lives begin and perish. Because domestic violence has various problems the more positive solution and legislative alternatives to solve the domestic violence are needed. It is necessary to protect the family by making the proper sanctions. And protecting the victim as well as protecting the family is important. The psychotherapy may be adapted when counsel is necessary in addition to punishment. Murder should be included as the type of the domestic violence. Non-cohabit family crimes and violences between lovers are increasing nowadays. Those crimes can be included as the crime of domestic violence.
