영문 초록

The current study reviewed concepts and phenomena related to work-life conflict, work-life enrichment, work-life balance, and work-life harmony that occur in work-life interface. The paper further discusses important theories on border management, such as boundary/border theory, boundary management style in personal and organizational levels, as well as boundary management strategy. Lastly, reviews and proposals on family-friendly management and policies implemented in South Korea are made.
